Recruitment Policy

SDCLW acknowledges that all staff members have personal values, beliefs, and opinions which may or may not be shared by all members of the community. Staff members are hired on the basis of qualifications only. Therefore staff members must be able to work in a diverse setting and portray it to learners. Multi-cultural awareness is part of the network's purpose. At SDCLW, tolerance is a minimum requirement, and celebration of diversity is a way of life.
